I'm a daughter, sister, friend, and mother who loves to run! I wrestled with my inner demons as a teen and in to adulthood. Then, I became a mom. Something about that little life changed everything. I am confident that the trials I have endured and the messes I have made can be used to help someone else out of their pit. I hope to use my light to shine on the path out of the darkness.
